A Hand Up is being built to connect people struggling with essential bills with people who want to help. Our mission is simple: Real People. Real Bills. Real Help.

Relief users share their situation and submit a bill for verification. Helpers choose an entire verified bill and pay the official service provider directly. A Hand Up never collects or holds the bill money; the Helper pays a separate 5% platform fee.

We are preparing a controlled pilot before broader expansion. Private payment documents, limited secure access and independent payment verification are core requirements—not optional extras. Assistance is not guaranteed, and sensitive decisions require human review.
